What is it?

Air-fit incorporates trampolining with structured fitness classes. Our high intensity workouts are designed to raise your heart rate, burn fat and tone muscle, all while you have a smile on your face.

Who is it for?

Anyone over the age of 16 looking for a fun way to keep fit. (Where a participant is under 18 an adult or guardian aged 18 and over must sign the waiver on their behalf).

Duration

Each class is approx 45-60 minutes. The higher the intensity of the class the shorter duration as this is based on a High Intensity Interval class which burns the most calories.
