For Inflata parties, please have all party guests arrive 30 minutes before your party time to allow for waivers and to watch a short safety brief.
For Laser Tag parties, please arrive 15 minutes before the assigned start time.

If you book a standard party, please be aware there may be multiple party bookings or other players in the arena at the same time. For exclusive use of the activity area for your party, please choose a private party where available.

1. Inflata parties are suitable for children aged 5 and above. All Inflata prices include Grip socks.
Laser Tag parties are suitable for children aged 6 and above.
2. Off Peak for Inflata & Soft Play Parties is Monday to Friday (Term Time Only). Off Peak for Laser Tag Parties is Thursdays & Fridays (Term Time Only).
3. Peak for Laser Tag, Inflata & Soft Play Parties is Saturdays, Sundays, Bank & School Holidays.
4. Private Inflata Parties take place Monday - Wednesday, during term time. They require a minimum of 20 children (over 5 years old) per party. Private Inflata Parties can now be booked online.
5. Private Soft Play Parties are available daily after hours. They require a minimum of 20 children per party.
6. Private Laser Tag Parties are available Monday to Wednesday during term time. There is a minimum of 20 children required for private parties.
7. Pre Paid Arcade Cards can only be added online during the party booking process. This offer is not available in the centre on the day of your party. Please be advised that as per our Party Terms & Conditions any change in party numbers and therefore a change in arcade cards needed for your party must be made 72 hours in advance of your party.

Changes to your booking:
1.1 Refunds for a reduction in party participants can only be made to your booking up to 72 hours before your booking start time.
1.2 Additional participants can be added to your party up to 72 hours before your party start time depending if the activity has capacity for additional participants. Unfortunately, if the activity does not have capacity, we will not be able to make additions.
Cancellations and Refunds:
1.3 Party bookings can only be cancelled and refunded in full up to 7 days before your party start time. If your request falls inside this period, we can move your party to another date/time that suits you depending on availability.
