Q

Do I need to book in advance?

A

We highly recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out.

Q

I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay cash when I get there?

A

Yes, you can pay with cash. However, we do recommend calling into us in advance, to book and pay by cash to avoid disappointment. By not pre-booking you run the risk of missing out if we are sold out on the day.

Q

Is my booking refundable or transferrable?

A

Please see our booking terms for details of our cancellation and refund policy. If you have further questions about this please email your local centre.

Q

What time should I arrive for my booking?

A

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to booked jump time to check in and get ready for your session.

Q

Do you have a printable waiver?

A

No; all waivers are completed online so that they link with our booking system at the park and you will have a much quicker check in process when you come and bounce. If you pay cash on the day you will be required to use the tablets provided to fill out the waiver process so arrive early so you don’t miss starting your session.

Q

What should I wear?

A

Something comfortable, such as exercise or workout clothing. Air-tastic Grip Socks must be worn on the trampoline arena. We sell Air-tastic grip socks at reception with “grippy” bottoms that help you get the most out of your jumping experience and help to keep you safe. Price is £1.50/€1.50 a pair. Jump socks and tops must be worn at all times.

Q

Why do I need to wear those grippy jumping socks?

A

Our jumping socks have been designed to increase grip on the trampolines, reducing the risk of injury especially on our wall trampolines. We want our customers to be as safe as possible. The socks cost just £1.50/€1.50 and are yours to keep and re-use.

Q

Can I wear glasses?

A

Q

Is there a weight and height limit?

A

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper at Air-tastic is 122kg (19 stone 3 pounds). Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping at Air-tastic. There is no height limit because the ceiling is just so incredibly high.
