Sales Representative - Lisburn

Job Overview:

An excellent opportunity has opened within Airtastic for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our new sales team and be responsible to drive our sales across all Airtastic activities and centres in Northern Ireland and ROI.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities related to our offerings for schools, youth groups, and team building packages. This role requires a proactive individual who can respond to incoming inquiries, organise group activities, send offers, upsell services, and actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and following up with previous clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The new sales representative will be predominantly responsible for the sales and management of all the company’s group packages.

As part of your role, you will be fully trained in the call centre as the position may on occasion have the need for hybrid work between the two departments.

The role will develop in stages, to cover the full spectrum of sales tasks.

Stage 1: Inbound sales. Key objective: maximise groups sales from incoming enquiries

Stage 2: Outbound sales. Key objective: boost groups sales of new groups

Other general responsibilities may be included, but not limited to, supporting the call centre at busy times and holiday cover, as this is the first point of contact with our customers. This may include working weekends and Bank Holidays within reasonable needs of the business.
