Ultimate Challenges is a team-based experience at Airtastic Lisburn which is ideal for classes and youth groups aged 9 and over. We’ve got 30 unique and immersive challenge rooms for them to conquer that will put their physical, mental, and accuracy skills to the test as well as the all-important communication and teamwork skills!
Simply split your group into teams of 2 to 5 players and they’ll enjoy some friendly competition going head-to-head and compete for the highest scores in each room
with the goal of reaching the top of our leaderboard.
This experience will strengthen their friendships, whether it’s coming together to think of a team name at the beginning or cheering each other on for the whole session!
Our number one priority is for all groups to have lots of fun in a welcoming and safe environment!
After checking your group in, split them into teams (this can be done beforehand to save time) and allocate their wristbands. Then, they’ll watch a short safety and information video in our briefing room. This video is short, engaging, and clearly explains how the challenge rooms operate, as well as important house rules for the session.
Our game marshalls will also be in the corridors monitoring the session, available to answer questions and offer any assistance. Every room also has a panic button so that an emergency can be attended to as soon as possible.

Soft skills are the foundations upon which youth can prepare for the future.
Teamwork is key throughout Ultimate Challenges. Whether it’s discussing their game plan before starting their session, or working together to match the sounds in Clef de Sol – everyone should be included!
Ultimate Challenges also requires clear communication! As the teams navigate through the challenge rooms together, they’ll be encouraged to express their ideas and listen to others to figure out how to get high points in each game.
There’s also challenge rooms that require problem-solving skills such as Genius in which your group’s mental maths skills are put to the test – they must solve the maths problems as quick as they can!
Check-in at our upstairs reception and we’ll provide your group with wristbands. Afterwards, your group will watch our safety and information video and will have the opportunity to ask any questions to our friendly game marshalls!
Your group will then be brought into the challenge rooms where they’ll be able to walk around the corridors and read the instructions on all the monitors before starting. Their session will start as soon as a member of their team scans their wristbands on the first challenge room.
Ultimate Challenges is an activity that keeps kids in mind – each room allows the group to choose their difficulty, so they can start from easy and slowly make their way up to medium and hard when they’re comfortable in their abilities! Your group is also allowed to leave the challenge rooms at any time to have a drink or use the restrooms.
