Ultimate Challenges Cup Returns

GAME RULES

If your team is caught cheating, breaks any of our Game Rules or fails to comply with our Ultimate Challenges safety and house rules or T&Cs, they will be disqualified from the competition.

1. Teams can be made up of 2 to 5 players.
2. Session lengths can be 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours to qualify.
3. Entries must be from sessions taking place between 1st September and 13th November 2026. Entry forms must also be submitted during these dates.
4. The Ultimate Challenges Cup Final will take place on Wednesday 25th November 2026 at Airtastic Lisburn.
5. The Cup Final is free to attend for all finalists and will be a 1.5 hour session of Ultimate Challenges, where all finalists play again but to compete against each other for the prizes up for grabs.
6. The team in 1^st place will win £1000 cash prize for the team. The team in 2^nd place will win £100 Airtastic Gift Vouchers for each team member. The team in 3^rd place will win £50 Airtastic Gift Vouchers for all team members. All other finalists will receive a free pass to an Airtastic activity of their choice.
7. Up to one team member may be replaced to compete in the Cup Final if the team has qualified as a finalist and for any reason a team member cannot compete. This will be at the discretion of Airtastic Management.
8. Teams who qualify to the Cup Final can have additional team members for the final if they wish, but no more than 5 people.
9. We will announce the finalists on our social media channels (@ultimatechallengesni) and email all finalists to confirm they have qualified to take part in the Cup Final. Teams must confirm their attendance within 48 hours of receiving this email.
10. If any finalists do not confirm their attendance for whatever reason in this time, they will forfeit the right to compete in the Cup Final and we will invite the next top scoring team to take part.
11. We reserve the right to reject any inappropriate team names – the team will be asked for an alternative name if this occurs.
12. Any teams with players under 9 must have an adult playing on the team with them.
13. Any teams with players under 12 must have an accompanying adult on site at all times. Children are the responsibility of the supervising adult at all times.
14. Airtastic staff are not permitted to enter the competition.
15. No phones are allowed in the challenge rooms during the Cup Final. We have lockers that are free to use to store them safely during the Cup Final.
16. Teams can play in any challenge room as many times as they want and in any order they wish, however only the highest score from each challenge room will go towards your team’s score.
17. All team members must scan their wristbands on the touch screen outside each room and enter the challenge room together.
18. Players must not intentionally stay in the challenge room after the game has ended or stop other teams from entering the challenge room.
19. If a room is occupied, we recommend moving on to another room to maximise your game time and come back later when it’s free.
20. If a team is leaving a challenge room and they want to try it again but another team is waiting to enter the room, the team waiting has priority.
21. Any teams damaging equipment/property will be disqualified from the competition.
22. Teams may submit more than one entry into the competition if they wish to come back and play again to aim for a higher score – we will take the highest score out of all entries.
23. A person can participate in as many teams as they wish, however a player can only be part of one team in the Cup Final.
24. Teams are not eligible to claim compensation for any expenses incurred as a result of entering the competition or competing in the Cup Final, including but not limited to travel expenses or parking. Free parking is available at Lisburn Leisure Park where Airtastic Lisburn is located.

Safety & House Rules

All teams must adhere to our safety rules at all times both during try-outs and the Cup Final. Failure to comply will result in being disqualified from the competition.

Airtastic does not assume or accept responsibility (excluding negligence) for any injury, loss, or, damage, incurred by participants. Participation is entirely at your own risk and players are expected to know and stay within their personal safety limits and physical capabilities.

• Running in the corridors or any part of the building is not permitted.
• Do not climb on props unless specifically asked to do so as part of the challenge.
• Food and drink is not permitted to be brought into the rooms.
• No pushing or any other physical contact towards another player is permitted.
• All players must wear appropriate flat footwear at all times. We recommend trainers/runners with plenty of grip for the varied activities. Shoes that may become loose or expose any part of your foot are not permitted e.g. flip flops, sandals or slip ons.
• Due to the physical nature of some of our challenges, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
• Players must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances that hinder sound judgement.
• The use of foul language is not permitted.
• Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated towards staff or other players.
• Destructive or reckless behaviour and intent to cause damage will not be tolerated.
• If you have an accident, please report to a member of staff immediately for assistance.
• If you are concerned about the health and safety of another person, please report this to a member of staff.
• In case of an emergency or if instructed by staff, all participants must follow evacuation procedures promptly and calmly.
• Please note that failure to comply with the above rules could result in removal from the game and further action may be taken.
